Why is AA polyester industrial filament

In fact, polyester industrial yarn is divided into 4 grades, namely:

B polyester industrial filament:It is a qualified product but the quality is not guaranteed.It looks small in appearance, with a large number of filaments (more than 10) and stiff filaments, and some oil stains.There are major problems with physical properties and dyeing, and this grade should be chosen carefully.

A polyester industrial filament:Overall worse.From the appearance, there are more filaments than AA, and there may be 5-6 filaments, which may cause broken ends. For example, if the spindle weighs 6kg, it will be broken when rolled to 3kg.Therefore, the sizes of A polyester industrial filament yarns can be large or small, and they are not full rolls of silk cakes.

However, dyeing is almost the same as AA polyester yarn, and many manufacturers may count even more defective fibers as A.

AA polyester industrial filament:There are some flaws overall. 1-2 hairs (very few) can be seen from the silk cake. There are no stiff threads, oil stains, or scratches. There are no problems with the dyeing properties. It meets the excellent (2A) standards in the industry. There will be basically no problems in weaving production. It can be dyed with regular colors and the yarn will not break during the doffing process.This is also an advantage of flexible slings that can be wound endlessly without the entire thread of the joint appearing.

AAA polyester industrial filament:The appearance (stiff silk, wool, scratches, oil stains, etc.), physical properties (linear density, strength, elongation, curl shrinkage, etc.), dyeing performance and other indicators comply with the industry's highest 3A standards. It can dye sensitive colors, and the silk cake is fully rolled, and the yarn will not break during the doffing process.This kind of polyester yarn is the best of all grades. It has excessive performance for industrial hoisting lifting slings, and the cost will be very high, soAA is more appropriate.
