Each order is procured specifically for you and suppliers require upfront payment. COD and partial payments cannot support this model. Online gateways and documented payment verification protect the transaction.

Cost depends on actual or volumetric weight, carton size, route, commodity, service level, insurance, carrier rates, customs classification, and destination charges. Only charges expressly included in the confirmed quotation are included.

MOQ varies by supplier and product. AliExpress may allow single units, while 1688 and Alibaba factory orders often require higher quantities. We confirm MOQ before payment.

We provide milestone updates from supplier order and production through hub receipt, inspection, consolidation, export, customs, and final delivery. Carrier tracking is supplied when available.
