1. The order volume is small, and the sterling silver models are done from 30 pieces.
2. Edition fee: The number of customized products has more than 200 orders. The return fee is returned, which can be worth loan.
3. Customized process: A. Contact customer service, let's draw or send samples to us;
B. Quotation, determine the order, buyer pays 30%deposit;
C. Drawing version;
D. Production (it cannot be changed after confirming the version);
E. Buyer pays the end, shipping.
4. After the customized product is signed, please check the quality of the product immediately. Except for quality problems, it will not be returned.

About after-sales

Buyer understands.Please check whether there is any problem with the product in the first time of the signing.
After -sales service, for more than seven days, will not be accepted.

1. Quality problem, support for retreat within seven days.
2. Non -quality problems (inappropriate size in size, unwilling color style, etc.), support the refund and exchange order within seven days
50%of the number of pens products (such as buying 10 products can be returned 5 pieces), or returned directly
20%of the repaired costs of product prices, as all returned products have to be returned to the factory for quality inspection.
3. For the output of out -of -stock and less goods, you can make up for 5 pieces. If you don't have enough, please choose a refund.
