Customized with logo: starting from 200 pieces (small batch trial orders are available across borders)
Customized packaging: starting from 1,000 pieces (more cost-effective)

2. How long does it take to customize a logo?
Within 1000:
Laser engraving process: 3~7 days
Silk screen printing process: 5~9 days
3. Process of customizing your logo
Provide Logo file (AI or CDR format)
Choose process (laser engraving, silk screen printing, OEM, etc.)
Free design renderings (we will confirm them with you after we complete them)
Adjust details (Logo size, position, etc.)
Production and delivery (send samples first for confirmation, then mass production after satisfaction, postage collect)
4. Return and Exchange Rules
✅ 7 days no reason to return or exchange (the packaging must be intact and will not affect secondary sales)
❌ Non-quality issues: Return shipping costs are borne by yourself
📦 When returning goods, please send back: products, packaging boxes, gifts, invoices (if lost, the market price will be deducted)
⚠️ Additional shipping costs due to customer reasons (wrong address, refusal, etc.) must be borne by yourself
5. How to issue invoice?
Contact customer service when placing an order and provide the following information:
Electronic invoice: company name + tax ID + email
VAT special invoice: company name + tax number + account opening bank + address + phone number
6. Is there factory information on the product packaging?I don’t want customers to know where I get my items from.
Answer: There are 2 types of labeling methods in the stock products of this factory, which are as follows:
[Foreign cross-border version] English packaging, Chinese and English instructions (without any information from the factory), bosses who choose this version are advised to label it themselves.
[Domestic e-commerce version] Domestic distribution default English packaging, English instructions, and Chinese stickers (the English packaging box sticker has factory information)
The sticker content is to indicate the voltage current, implementation standards, factory land, factory name, qualification certificate and other contents of the product's voltage current, implementation standards, factory land, factory name, and qualification certificate.
Which version is required, please note at the order. Since most bosses need to take the goods back to the label to be resold by themselves, the non -remarks of orders require cross -border version by default and bear all the responsibilities caused by it.
