2. Model opening
Huiyue needs to charge mold development costs first, and the specific development costs are based on the actual situation.The general cost ranges from 600 ~ 20,000 yuan.Because we set up mold workshops, mold design, processing, assembly.Therefore, we will report the cost of mold materials for the cost of mold materials. We generally do not refund it.If the customer requires refund the mold fee, we will return the mold opening fee according to the ratio of the order amount to the mold opening fee.
After confirming the sample, the purchaser paid 30%of the total amount of orders as a deposit. Huiyue started production. After the purchaser paid the other models, Huiyue arranged for delivery.

We hope to cooperate with our customers for a long time. We only earn product profits. We do not make money for mold fees and only charge the cost of materials (usually do not exceed 50%of the quotation of outside professional mold factories), so we generally do not refund the mold or mold fee.
Save time of the mold:
The preservation time of the mold is generally two years. Because the mold is made of metal such as steel or iron, it is vulnerable to the environmental oxidation and changes, causing the mold accuracy to change or even scrap.
Mold production life:
The production life of the mold is generally 1 million output. After reaching 1 million output, the accuracy of the mold will not be guaranteed. It is recommended to re -open the mold.
Quotation system
