How to use silicone bra glueKL-6638AB：

1. Recommended usage ratio: 6638A:6638B=100:3 (weight ratio); weigh the materials according to the proportion and mix evenly;

2. Use coating method or calendering method to evenly apply silicone glue on silicone, EVA, PVC or cloth and other substrates;

3. Bake at 90°C for 540 seconds or leave at room temperature for 60 minutes.

1. Users should make appropriate adjustments to the mixing ratio according to the type of substrate, coating thickness and climate conditions (ambient temperature, humidity).In high temperature and high humidity climate conditions, users should increase the curing agent ratio by about 5% to 10% on the original basis.

2. The surface of the substrate to be bonded must be clean, dry, and free of dust and oil.

3. During the coating process, attention must be paid to checking and controlling the viscosity of the adhesive; there must be sufficient coating volume and sufficient maturation.

4. A good suitable environment must be maintained for coating. It is recommended that the operation workshop adopts dust-free treatment, the temperature is controlled at 25~35℃, and the humidity is controlled at 15~60%.Too much dust will lead to an increase in defects, too low a temperature will lead to poor leveling and decreased adhesion, too high a humidity can easily cause shrinkage of the coating film, and too low a humidity can easily cause electrostatic safety hazards and surface whitening.

5. The prepared adhesive should be used up within 1 hour as much as possible. If the viscosity of the adhesive is found to increase significantly or gel appears, use should be stopped.

6. When using the rubber after mixing, pay attention to ventilation and wear appropriate labor protection tools.And keep away from fire, high temperature and pay attention to static electricity.
