3. The air conditioner condenser and the water tank are two components, close to each other, and the water tank behind the condenser is in front.

4. Air conditioning is a relatively independent system in the car.However, the start of the air -conditioning switch will give the signal to the electronic fan control unit J293, and the electronic fan will rotate.

5. Big fan is called the main fan, and the small fan is called auxiliary fan

6. The signal is passed to the electronic fan control unit J293 from the thermist switch, and the J293 controls the electronic fan to start at different speeds.

7. The implementation of high -speed and low speeds is very simple. High -speed does not connect resistance. Two resistors are connected in low speeds (this is also the principle of adjusting the air conditioning air volume).

So I think,

2. If the temperature rises, there is only one fan start, and the other does not move. Generally, the big fan does not move, then the 4S method is to change the fan.I think it is most likely a resistance (in the fan).No need to go to 4S, find a master who repaired the electric fan.

1. The high and low speed of the electronic fan is by the thermal switch (F18)“”Controlled, this switch has two gears, installed on the water tank to detect the water temperature.It gives the two signals to J293 and J293 to turn on different ways to control the high and low speed of the electronic fan.

2. Open the air conditioner, both fans should be turned.However, it should be noted that air conditioners and electronic fans are two relatively independent systems, which are controlled by two computers. The names are J301 (air conditioner) and J293 (electronic fan).J301 is just a signal to J293, forcing two electronic fans to start.In addition, there are not many associations.

3. However, when the air conditioner is turned on, the water temperature will definitely rise rapidly. This is the best way to check the fault of the electronic fan.If you don't turn,

(1) Check the thermal switch, the most likely possibility of this bad

(2) The internal resistance of the two fans

(3) Fan is bad, and the possibility is not much.

If there is only one turn, the other is normal, the bad fan or the internal resistance is broken, or the fan itself is broken (this possibility is still not much).
