1. This series of roller crushers is mainly composed of rollers, roller support bearings, compression and adjustment devices, and driving devices.
2. Adjustment of discharge particle size: Install a wedge or gasket adjustment device between the two rollers, and an adjustment bolt is installed on the top of the wedge device.When the adjusting bolt pulls up the wedge, the wedge pushes the movable roller away from the fixed wheel, that is, the gap between the two rollers becomes larger and the discharge granularity becomes larger.When the wedge moves downward, under the action of the compression spring, the gap between the two rollers becomes smaller and the discharge granularity becomes smaller.The device adjusts the size of the discharge particles by increasing or decreasing the number or thickness of the spacers.When the gasket is added, the gap between the two rollers becomes larger; when the gasket is reduced, the gap between the two rollers becomes smaller, and the size of the discharged particles becomes smaller.
3. The driving mechanism consists of two motors. The motor is driven to the pulley by a triangle belt, drags the roller and rotates in reverse.When crushing materials, the materials pass through the roller from the feed port and are crushed by rolling. The crushed products are discharged from the bottom of the chassis.
4. For safety reasons, the transmission part should install a safety cover according to the actual situation.
Each arm of the roller crusher is driven by an individual motor.There is also a stick with fixed bearings driven by a motor via a belt drive.The other end of the fixed bearing roller is equipped with a gear, and the movable rod is driven by the gear.Because changes in material properties cause the movable rod to move left and right, the gear tooth height must be increased to prevent engagement and disengagement.Therefore, traditional roller crushers are driven by long-tooth gears, which can change the center distance between the two rollers without destroying the meshing characteristics.
The working surface of the roller depends on the use requirements and can be smooth or toothed or grooved.If you crush hard abrasive materials, you can choose a smooth roller.Since the main crushing effect of the smooth roller on materials is crushing and grinding, it is mainly suitable for medium-to-fine crushing of medium-hard materials.
In order to obtain products of different particle sizes, the size of the discharge opening of the roller crusher must be adjustable.In order to prevent the crusher from being damaged by excessive iron, safety devices must be installed.The movable rollers of roller crushers are supported by spring pressure.Under normal working conditions, the spring force is sufficient to overcome the crushing force required to crush the material.Place shims of varying thicknesses between the frame and the movable bearing.By changing the number of gaskets, the width of the discharge opening between the two rollers can be adjusted to meet the requirements of different product sizes.When the materials that are not easily broken enter the crushing chamber, the spring is compressed and the discharge opening of the movable roller increases.After unloading, the movable roller resets under the pressure of the spring.This is a mechanical discharge port adjustment and overload protection device (safety device).

Installation and commissioning

The roller crusher should be installed in a place with good ventilation and shelter from rain.The roller crusher should be installed on a concrete foundation with a depth of 500±50mm.

Before commissioning, check again whether all bolts are tightened, whether all connecting parts are in reliable contact, and adjust the tightness of the chain and V-belt.Then use manpower to turn the pulley, and only after confirming that there is no obstruction in all components can the machine be started to run empty.If an abnormality is found, the machine should be shut down immediately for maintenance. When it is confirmed that there are no abnormal phenomena, the load test can be carried out after the empty machine is transferred for 20 minutes.If there are no abnormalities, it can be put into normal production.

5. Use, maintenance and precautions

When using, wait until the machine starts running normally before adding materials. When stopping, wait until all materials have been discharged to prevent damage to the machine caused by misoperation the next time it is started.In order to ensure long-term good use of the machine, the chain should be refueled once a week.Add calcium-based grease to the sprocket shaft every fifteen days.

Any cleaning work is strictly prohibited during operation.Before stopping the machine, you must first stop feeding the machine, and wait until all the materials in the machine are crushed before stopping the machine.

Regularly check the V-belt and sprocket chain used in the crusher. If the damage reaches 20%, all must be replaced with new ones. Do not mix old and new ones.The roller crusher should be thoroughly inspected once a year.
