These terms govern use of shopchefbd.org and sourcing, quotation, purchasing, inspection, logistics, and related services. By using the service or approving a quotation, you agree to them.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate specifications, contact and delivery information, use the service lawfully, and confirm that requested goods may legally be imported, possessed, and resold at the destination.

Sourcing contract and payment

A sourcing order becomes binding when the specification and quotation are accepted and full cleared payment is received. All orders require 100% advance payment through an appropriate authorized channel; COD, deposits, and partial payments are unavailable.

Suppliers, availability, and pricing

Product information may originate from third parties and availability, price, MOQ, production time, weight, dimensions, and freight may change before confirmation.

Shipping and customs

Transit dates are estimates. The quotation controls which freight, duty, tax, insurance, and clearance charges are included.
