     CYW-76~500 series sensor-type liquid level and liquid temperature gauges are a new product developed by our factory based on the mass production of YWZ-76~500 series and with reference to foreign advanced technical data.
      It uses the bimetallic sheet's very high sensitivity to thermal expansion and contraction to measure the temperature of the oil.This instrument has the characteristics of accuracy, easy reading, strong and shock-resistant, and can be widely used for liquid level and temperature measurement in various oil tanks, lubrication devices, cooling and gear transmission boxes.

Installation and explanation
1. Process two mounting holes according to the center distance [E] size of the selected specification, such as the wall thickness of the fuel tank.≤At 10mm, the light holes for the two mounting screws areΦ11mm. If the wall thickness of the fuel tank is >10mm, the threaded holes of the two mounting screws are M10, and then the planes of the above two holes are processed to prevent oil leakage and other problems after installation.
2. After installing the standard body, screw on the bimetal thermometer. Do not rotate the meter head to tighten it. You must tighten it with a wrench at the hexagonal position behind the meter head.
3. In order to ensure the accuracy of the thermometer, the depth of the sensing tube entering the measured medium should comply with“The length of the sensing tube inserted into the medium: >90mm”Requirements.
4. During transportation, storage, installation and use of the thermometer, collisions should be avoided and the sensing tube should not be bent or deformed.
5. The temperature value that the thermometer usually works at is 1/2~3/4 of the maximum range.
6. Do not let the surface of this product come into contact with banana water.
